Wrapturous Devlog #08
Sorry that it's been a while since the last devlog. The last few months were pretty busy with other things, but now we're back to work on Wrapturous Adventure, and some time away has got me to give the game some improvements, such as having the levels be more connected to each other, which now allows enemies the ability to travel from room to room rather than being confined to just one. Course this does mean enemies might try to go through a door and collide with an enemy. So to give players a way of knowing if an enemy is near the door, I added a Listen Mode mechanic where Yui closes her eyes and listens carefully for the footsteps of the enemies. This new mechanic does open up some new possibilities for the game.
