Wings of Empire launches!

You were a Centurion in the Roman Legion before a combat injury forced you to retire; unwilling to give up you retrained as a fighter pilot, and as the long Pax Imperia comes to an end, you join the Fast Attack Carrier as it sails into the Dark.

I grew up loving Space Opera stories; from Star Wars to Honor Harrington and Starship Troopers to Legend of the Galactic Empires. This is my love-letter to Honor Harrington and CJ Cherryh, The Lost Fleet and Space Battleship Yamato.

This game's in Early Access; right now it's ~10 hours worth of game, covering 76 days. I traditionally release 2-3 updates a week on the Development Beta Branch (which is currently up to day 82), then once I finish an Act I push it to default. If you want latest (and the occasional bug) I'd recommend switching to Development Branch (right click on the game, properties, Betas, Development Branch).

Wings of Empire is planned as a trilogy, in the same way as Love of Magic. Book 1 will cover the first 6 acts (around 115 days, at the current pace). Hope you like it!
