V:1.2.12 Beijing City Expansion Update

This update adds an important diplomatic institution to Beijing and fixes critical combat logic errors.

1. Added Lifan Yuan to Beijing: Diplomatic management institution located in the imperial city area

2. New Character: Lifan Yuan steward "Chen Tingzhang" makes his appearance

3. New Diplomatic Items: Added interactive items like trade documents and tributary goods

   

【Critical Fix】

• Fixed Reversed Critical Hit Logic: Resolved issue where critical rate accumulated through protagonist's mining was mistakenly applied to enemies due to code misalignment (original bug: more mining → higher enemy critical rate)

• Restored Correct Critical Mechanism: Protagonist's Strength attribute now properly affects their own critical hit rate
