Update notes for March 21

Hello everyone, as you may have noticed, there is a problem with the game due to a bug. I just updated the build and it should now be gone.

Btw. the latest update makes the game 100% Steam Deck compatible. I'm currently waiting for Valve's review to receive the official "SteamDeck Verified" badge.
