Truer than You is out - a spiritual successor to Knife Sisters

Truer than You is about love and loss in late stages of Capitalism. Focusing more on roles in society than exploration of interpersonal relationships, it still has many similarities with Knife Sisters, both in how the game functions and topic-wise. The game focuses on roles and relationships, and features a non-binary main character called Rin.

Rin arrives in an unfamiliar city, to start their new position at a company that rents out actors for real life situations. This is the start of a new life, far away from the daily struggles at the small island - but as Rin takes on their new endeavours, their past is catching up with them. Soon they’ll have to deal with who they are and will become.
