The 2026 Roadmap!

Hello!! We would like to formally announce that a second DLC has started development and will be ready later this year. 

In February, v2.2 will launch alongside some new seasonal content. This update will add some further polish that really should have been done earlier (and in the background, adds some foundations for DLC 2).

Seasonal content updates will pause after February so work can be done on DLC 2 full-time. Please anticipate a more ambitious expansion than Boys in Hawaii! with more engaged storyline content and side activities.

Soundtrack 2.0 will either be an extension of the existing soundtrack, or a Part 2 combining Boys in Hawaii! and new tracks added in DLC 2; this has yet to be decided.

The success of Boys in Hawaii! is been the primary driver for what will happen this year. Thank you for supporting the development of Kemopop! and turning it from a tiny unassuming HTML5 game into a massive project spanning four platforms. This especially includes the artists, who kind of turned it into a interactive collab... organic, huh??? @w@
