Release 0.9.19

Here is an update in time for the holidays.

This release is mainly about making the "New Game" window easier to read and easier to use.

I also slipped in one of the most requested features to animate the dress/stripping of 2 x clothing items when using the "Double" bet.
I am surprised at how gratifying this is and I now "Double" my bet a whole lot more ;)

• User Interface: Added percentage complete indictor to "Campaign Mode" and "Date Mode" cards in "New Game" window to show player progress.
  
• User Interface: Updated the card selectors on "New Game" window to a horizontally scrolling list of cards to make better use of screen space.
  
• User Interface: Increased the size of cards on "New Game" window to make it easier to read.
  
• User Interface: Added yellow outline to card selectors on "New Game" window to better highlight the selected card.
  
• User Interface: Added header text for each tab int he "New Game" window for more clarity

• User Interface: Fixed dead zones where mouse hover and mouse click does not work when selecting cards in "New Game" window.
  
• User Interface: Fixed bug where Dealers says "You have Blackjack" when she has blackjack.
  
• Mechanics: Fixed soft lock when defeating Ignia in Campaign mode.
  
• Mechanics: Fixed camera angle not returning to orbit mode after clicking the Photo Gallery when on Photo Mode.
  
• User Interface: Tooltips no longer linger indefinitely when the player moves the mouse or a few seconds have passed.
  
• User Interface: Horizontally centered player move buttons.
