Recruitment System Improvement Notice (02/19)

Hello, Awakeners.

This is the Operations Team.

First, we’d like to thank all Awakeners who have shared feedback regarding our recruitment structure and scheduling.

We’ve received concerns—especially about how Limited characters are managed and how the Standard Recruitment pool is structured. To reduce confusion and create a clearer, more predictable system, we will be updating the Recruitment system as outlined below.

1. Limited Recruitment Updates

- A new Limited character will be released every 4 weeks.

- Limited characters will return in the future through Rerun Recruitment banners.

※ By clearly defining the release cycle for Limited characters, we aim to help Awakeners better plan their pulls.

2. Rerun Recruitment Updates

- Rerun characters will rotate every 4 weeks.

- Previously released Limited characters will return in sequence.

※ By running reruns on a consistent schedule, we aim to provide fair pull opportunities for both new and returning Awakeners.

3. Changes to Standard Recruitment

- Limited characters currently included in the Standard Recruitment pool will be removed.

- Limited characters will no longer be added to the Standard Recruitment pool going forward.

※ Including Limited characters in the Standard pool blurred the distinction between Limited and Standard banners. This update restores that distinction and preserves the identity of each recruitment type.

This update is designed to:

- Improve schedule predictability

- Clearly separate Limited and Standard Recruitment

- Support long-term service stability

The exact date these changes will take effect will be announced in a future update notice.

We will continue to prioritize your gameplay experience and work to provide a stable and enjoyable service.
