Rare cosmetic fixes

-Fixed certain characters turning invisible after double dose jiggle
-Fixed custom characters at extreme sizes turning invisible after Bimbonomicon use
-Amulet of Item Scrying now also lifts the adventurer's main items
-Fixed layer issue with Thief Butt 3 and bows
-Fixed certain boob and lip overlap layer issues
-Fixed crash if custom characters were cycled through too quickly
