We wanted to share a closer look at some of the gameplay systems we’ve been expanding, especially the parts tied to investigation and progression.

📖 Expanded Journal System

The journal is becoming a much more important part of the experience.



As you explore locations, you’ll collect clues that are automatically stored in the journal. Each entry contains details about what you’ve found, gradually building toward a final conclusion.

In the full version:
• more clues will be available
• connections won’t be automatic
• you’ll need to analyze and combine information yourself

It’s no longer just a log — it’s a core tool for solving the case.

🧩 Interactive Clue Handling



Some clues require direct interaction.

For example, certain evidence must be reconstructed piece by piece before it becomes usable.
This adds a layer of involvement, turning simple discovery into a small investigative challenge.

🔍 Clear Feedback & Objective Tracking

We’ve also improved how the game communicates with the player.



• When a clue is found, a notification appears and the journal is updated
• Active objectives are always visible, showing what needs to be done next

This keeps the flow smooth while still letting you focus on exploration and discovery.
