Korean and Portuguese Language Support + Bug Fixes

Support for the Korean and Portuguese languages has been added! Also bug fixes regarding language detection

Patch notes:

-Added support for the Korean and Portuguese languages
-Fixed issues that would cause some user's languages to not be detected on loading the game for the first time. The game should now detect the user's language and switch the in-game menu text to it more consistently
