JASON Part 2, Lexie Loft, and Collaborative Development News

Hello everyone,
I wanted to share some news about the development of JASON Part 2.
As I mentioned a while ago, development officially began last November. We have not fully reached cruising speed yet, but that should happen very soon.
My goal is clear: to bring you a more ambitious, richer Part 2, with more choices, more adventure, stronger moments, and more memorable scenes. I hope to deliver it as soon as possible, but I want to be transparent: it will take some time.
To make it easier for you to follow the progress of the project, I have created a timeline gathering all my JASON-related projects. You can check it whenever you like, and it is updated regularly:

Since Part 2 is currently planned for the end of next year, I did not want to leave you with nothing until then. When JASON launched, I already had the idea of creating smaller side adventures as DLC, to give you something to enjoy while also expanding the game’s universe.
That is why, in early January, I started production on Lexie Loft.
In March, a first version was finished… but I was not satisfied with it. Not at all. The DLC was too short, lacked gameplay, and did not yet feel like the game I wanted to offer you. At that stage, it was not really a proper game, but more of a draft. And that was not acceptable to me.
So I decided to completely rethink it: the content, the structure, the gameplay, and the overall ambition of the DLC, in order to turn it into a real standalone adventure. Development is not finished yet, but it is progressing well and, believe me, I genuinely think you are going to enjoy it.
I have seen some comments about my choices. Some people think I should have focused only on Part 2 before offering a DLC. Others think I am making fun of players, or that this DLC exists only to artificially fill the gap while people wait.
So I want to answer clearly.
Coeur de Cochon is not a large development studio. I am independent, and I had been working alone on this project from the beginning. Since last March, there are now two of us, which is excellent news, but we are still a very small team.
Even with a small structure, there are operating costs, equipment, tools, production time, and all of that has to be anticipated. Diversifying the offer with a DLC is therefore also part of an economic reality. But it is not only about that.
With Lexie Loft, I am not wasting time on JASON Part 2. On the contrary, this DLC has allowed me to develop several features that will later be used in Part 2. It also allows me to find my rhythm with my new partner and to establish a more efficient working method for what comes next.
In short: we are not wasting our time, and we are not making fun of you.
I also know that waiting until the end of next year can feel long. Giving no news during all that time does not feel acceptable to me. That is why I share updates on the project’s progress almost every day, mainly on Discord.
I have set up a section there called Creation Workshop, fully dedicated to development, ideas, discussions, and previews of what is coming.
For 2026, I have also introduced a form of collaborative development around JASON Part 2.

The idea is simple: for one week, we discuss together what you would like to see in Part 2. Scene ideas, adventure moments, interactions with certain characters, quieter or more intimate situations… Then I build on your ideas, see what can be integrated, summarize them, and offer several themes for you to vote on.
The selected ideas may then be integrated into the game as secondary scenes connected to the main story.
JASON Part 2 lends itself very well to this approach, because the adventure will include quieter moments where the player can spend time with their favorite LIs, develop certain relationships, explore side scenes, and discover more about the characters.
Once a theme has been chosen, the rendering phase begins. Each week, you will be able to discover a few previews of those scenes, over four or five weeks, before we move on to the next cycle of discussions and votes.
This dynamic allows you to take a more direct part in the game’s development, to follow its evolution in a concrete way, and to get regular glimpses of what awaits you in JASON Part 2.
Last month, the theme chosen by the community was:
“Flirting Between Alex and Nicole”

I decided that this theme was the perfect opportunity to bring Alex and Nicole together. What better way to make introductions than a slightly tipsy afternoon by the pool? A moment that seems calm on the surface… but where perspectives can change very quickly. Well, almost all of them.
I am sharing a few renders from that scene here.
This theme is now coming to an end, and we will soon open a new consultation phase to choose the next one together. In the meantime, you can find more renders, as well as a few video previews, on Discord in the #workshop-showcase[discord.gg] section.
So you know what to do: join the Discord, take part in the discussions, share your ideas, vote, and follow the creation of JASON Part 2 with us.
Thank you again for your support, your patience, and your involvement. I am also counting on your reviews: if you have not left one yet, please consider doing so!
Coeur de Cochon.
