[Hotfix 2]

- Reworked the entire audio system so music won’t disappear at the worst possible time.
- Restored sound effects in crime scene investigation scenes.
- Fixed localization issues.
- Resolved several soft-lock situations.
- Fixed a few bugs related to background visuals.

Thanks to the player "JohnnyH2000", we fixed a bug that prevented the "I am Detective" achievement from unlocking in certain cases. Huge thanks to him ❤️
