Holiday Devlog

Ladies and Gentlemen,

First and foremost, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you for your incredible support! Together, we have achieved so much:

• Over 45,000 players

• More than 10 major free content updates since May

• Numerous smaller updates

• New levels, improvements, and a full engine upgrade

• Bug fixes and community-requested features

• Official Steam Deck verification

Thank you all for playing Project Werewulf!

But we're not stopping here. We are currently hard at work on another free major content update. The upcoming story chapter will take Jessica to the Military Laboratory, where she will encounter Dr. Eleanor—and perhaps even discover a cure. (Or maybe Dr. Gediman knows more than he's letting on...)

Looking ahead:

• We have begun recruiting new developers for our local studio and already have several promising candidates.

• We have partnered with a professional team to create high-quality, premium UE5-ready characters (complete with facial motion capture support) for our next project.

• We will remain faithful to the sci-fi horror genre, but with significantly elevated production quality.

With our expanding team, we plan to continue supporting Project Werewulf throughout the next year with additional free content updates.

By late next year, we intend to shift focus to our new project. Your feedback has been invaluable, and we now have a clear vision of where we can improve even further.

In the near future:

Thanks to your support and the success of Project Werewulf—including the positive reception and encouragement from Steam—we are excited to announce the upcoming release of an SFW version: Werewolf: The Inner Beast.

This will offer a different experience: no explicit adult content, but a darker, more horror-focused atmosphere, increased challenge in gameplay, and slightly altered lore.

Important note: I am neither asking nor encouraging anyone who already owns Project Werewulf to purchase The Inner Beast!
