Everyone has probably already seen the news… all our games have been taken down from Steam…

We rushed to contact Steam right away, submitted the appeal, and spent these past few days barely sleeping — just waiting for replies, staring at emails, even praying to every god we could think of (´；ω；`)

But even now… we still haven't received any clear reason for the takedown. This feels like a massive blow right at the start of 2026 — it hit us so hard that our entire studio is basically on the verge of disbanding…

The saddest part? We still don't know what we did wrong. Was it one specific thing? A single phrase that got misinterpreted? Or just pure bad luck? We really, really don't know… it hurts so much…

During this time, we've received so many messages and private DMs from everyone — Some saying “maomao, don't give up”, some saying “We're still waiting for your new work”, some just sending comfort…

Every time I read them, I cry even harder… Steam is so unfair

Steam's rules are indeed very overbearing, but we still want to fight one more time…

At least to bring back all the hard work we've put in over the years, and all these cute and naughty girls, to everyone again.

We'll use every last bit of strength to appeal, to communicate, to beg for mercy…

If it really doesn't work in the end, we'll honestly tell everyone the whole process. We won't just disappear and run away!!!
