HD card sets for 4k monitors

• added 3 HD versions of the hand-drawn card sets. You will notice the difference in solitaire variants like Thirteen where cards are shown at a large scale

• visual card set editor now creates image card sets in the HD format. It's the same old PNG atlas for thumbnails, but now also + _Data folder that has HDImages subfolder, with your original images stored as-is. The system is the same as for video and GIF animation card sets.

• visual card set editor can now import HD image sets (previously it could only import video/GIF sets)

Legacy image card sets are still supported.

When sharing the new image card sets (e.g. on Discord), you now need to zip the _Data folder together with the PNG atlas. Just like with video/GIF sets. If you only share the PNG atlas, it will be just the legacy image set.

Over the next few days, I'll update most of the card sets in the DLCs to the HD format. The update will actually be minimal, as each card set will just get a small config file which will tell the game to load the high-res images from the Pictures subfolder that every DLC has already.
