Episode 11: Preview

Hey guys!

Ange’s scene is about 80% done at this point. I have two animations and around a dozen renders left, so the whole thing should be fully completed in the next couple of days. And with this scene finished, Day 1 of the upcoming update will be officially wrapped up. And since there is a Day 1, naturally there is a Day 2 coming right after it, heh.

A few words about what the second part of the update looks like… it is going to be packed! Almost all of the major story beats take place there, and many of them revolve around Violet. She will play a central role this time. I am planning four big scenes with her, each pushing the plot further and revealing more of her intentions, motives, and attitude toward MC.

In these scenes Violet will finally introduce MC to her business and the world she operates in. He will meet several new characters connected to her sphere, including a couple of people who are not exactly her friends… more like competitors who pretend to play nice. Through them MC will get a better understanding of how dangerous Violet’s environment really is and why she needs him in the first place. Some of these characters will appear again later in the game, adding more tension and intrigue to Violet’s storyline.

There will also be a major scene with Faith, where we finally finish her memory arc and get a chance to spend some proper quality time with her again. This part is going to be emotional, intense, and definitely one of the highlights of Episode 11.

Megan will appear too, with one scene of her own. And aside from that, you can also expect shorter moments with Emma and Laura Cope, the police officer who visited MC in the hospital. Both Emma and Laura will have a significant role in the long-term storyline, but their bigger scenes are planned for the next episode. This one is already absolutely huge even without expanding their routes here.

As always, I will go into more detail about each scene when I actually start working on them, but I wanted to give you a general overview of what to expect from Day 2. It is shaping up to be a very dramatic and very intense part of the update.
