Episode 11: Preview

Hey guys!

New Monday, new preview round! Everything is going great so far. Faith’s scene is fully finished, including her entire sequence for this update and all possible branches. Emma’s scene is also done, which means I can now fully focus on the last two remaining major scenes of the upcoming update: Violet’s and Megan’s.

And Violet goes first. In this episode, we finally get a closer look at her new establishment. She is settling into her new role, laying down the rules, defining how her business operates, and making it very clear what kind of empire she intends to build.

This scene is heavily driven by character dynamics. Power, control, tension… and of course, that very Violet-style interaction you’ve probably come to expect by now. I’m personally really excited about this one because of its overall mood. I want it to feel elegant, intimate, and slightly dangerous… something that truly reflects Violet herself.

I don’t really want to spoil too much of Violet’s scenes, at least not in this episode. I want them to feel completely fresh when you finally get to play the update. Still, I might make a small exception for this particular scene and share a spoiler next week. I just really like how the preview renders and the lighting setup turned out this time, lol.

After that, I’ll most likely switch back to banners until the scene is fully completed. Besides, almost half of this scene consists of animations, so it is not something I can properly showcase here anyway.

One thing I can say about this scene for sure is that MC is about to step deeper into Violet’s world than ever before. ;-p
