DevTalk: Tutorial system.

Hello everyone!
Today, we want to show another feature we are currently working on as part of polishing the game before release: the tutorial system.
At this stage of development, we need to make the first encounter with the game’s mechanics clear, quick, and unobtrusive. We wanted to find a solution that helps players understand new features fast, without interrupting the flow with long and tedious instructions.
That is why we chose the format of short video tutorials.
When a player encounters a new feature for the first time, a dedicated tutorial window appears before interaction begins. These tutorials are designed to be short, visual, and easy to follow. They quickly explain the core idea of the mechanic without overloading the player with unnecessary information. If needed, a player can rewatch them at any time.

Our goal is to make learning as comfortable as possible. Players who need guidance can get it right away, while those who prefer to figure things out on their own will not be forced through long tutorials.
In addition, this system allows us to continuously improve and refine tutorials throughout development, based on your feedback and overall gameplay experience.
As always, we would love to hear your thoughts, especially on how clear, well-paced, and helpful the tutorials feel without getting in the way of the core gameplay.
Thought that was it? Haha, not quite - we've got something else in store for you. Look, here is a GIVEAWAY and a special mission (and loot!) from our friends at Bear in the Night!
Our friends would love to get your specific perspective on what you want to play next. They are currently shaping the roadmap for their games and want to make sure they are heading in a direction that you, as experienced players, will love.
Spare a few minutes for a quick survey! As a token of appreciation for your time and expertise, they’re raffling off 20 keys for the upcoming "LA: Streets of Sorcery" DLC exclusively among respondents.
Your feedback it’s a contribution to the indie dev scene we’re all part of!
We also cannot help but share another great piece of news: Love or Lust Beach Stories has just surpassed 20,000 wishlists!
Thank you to everyone who has added the game to their wishlist and is following the development. This is a very important milestone for us and a great sign that the project is truly being anticipated 💙
As always, the best way to support us is to add the game to your wishlist!
