Blocking Beta Content Update - v4.09

Just a quick update today. Adding in all the currently completed assets for the new chapter of Wet Nightmares. The progression of the assets is front-loaded so you won’t need to play far to see the new stuff at all.

• updated Main Build with Chapter 3

• updated blocking assets with final assets 

• updated Chapter 3 text for final layout

• fixed achievement bug on Steam
