We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. All temporary maintenance has now been completed, and the game is available as intended.

As a token of our apology and gratitude for your patience, we have prepared additional compensation on top of the existing maintenance rewards. Please see the details below.

Eligibility: All Captains on the Global and Asia servers
Distribution Period: Apr. 3 06:30 – Apr. 5 (UTC)
Claim Method: In-game mailbox
Mail Expiry: 14 days from the first time the mail is opened

Rewards will be sent via in-game mail. Please make sure to claim them within the storage period.
Items may not be recoverable after the claim period has expired.
