You play as Catheryn Barnett. You are driving the rural areas of Mississippi to meet a business associate when your car breaks down. You look at the map and decide to try and walk across the forest to the nearest town for help. But soon you realize you are being hunted by someone or something...Dread of Laughter is a first person survival horror game where the player has to survive and escape to safety after finding out the brutal truth about the isolated farm in the woods. Your objective is to survive and escape to safety, but you are not alone. Something is stalking your every move and some objectives will either help you or turn against you. Which objective is worth doing to save yourself? Only you can decide.
