Short but pretty good. Excellent art and story is okay with only some errors. My only real complaint is the silly default relationship. What "landlady" works two jobs to put her "tenant" through school? If you want to hide the obvious relationship for whatever reasons, then at least make the "default" slightly more believable.
Good little game - but EXTREMELY short so probably poor value for money. Great renders, love the pubic hair choice and it being based on older women, meaning it stands out from the typical college based games. The ludicrous penis size is again a bit of an annoyance
