Buy it on the publisher's website Loved what I was seeing from my friend's playthrough, got it gifted here. Apparently, according to him, what took him about an hour and a half to get through I 'experienced' in five minutes, and none of what I missed was H stuff. Patch does exist on the publisher's website, but save yourself the hassle.
