Not very good. Regardless of the artwork, the gameplay is terrible. You have to try to undress the ladies with a weird 'bullet-hell' mechanic that doesn't work correctly, and the achievements are broken. (For me at least.) If you're looking for lewds, I would skip this unless you're some kind of wizard with bad bullet-hell games.
